Bad Hair Day Clip

At first this seems like a cheap, plastic hair clip of the kind found in most convenience stores, but closer inspection reveals a tiny rune carved into the grip. This cursed item contains a version of the afflictincantation seed that causes the person wearing it to suffer a –4 morale penalty on all saving throws, Charisma checks, and Charisma-based skill checks. Removing the hair clip requires a remove curseor break enchantmentspell.
